1. Warranty Period

All Pinecone INIBOX Mining ASIC miners come with a 12-month limited hardware warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.


2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects that happen during normal and proper use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures within the warranty period
  • Internal component issues not caused by external damage

If a valid issue is confirmed, we will repair or replace your unit based on availability.


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or external factors, including:

  • Drops, accidents, or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Incorrect voltage, power surges, or electrical issues
  • Exposure to water, dust, smoke, or harsh environments
  • Burn marks, circuit damage, or signs of misuse
  • Normal wear (fans, cables, thermal parts)
  • Use outside recommended operating conditions
  • Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging

👉 This warranty is only valid for the original buyer and cannot be transferred.


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your device has an issue, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support

Email us at support@pineconeiniboxminer.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name/model
  • Serial number (if available)
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Step 2: Get RMA Approval

If your claim is valid, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the unit.


Step 3: Send the Product

  • Pack the item safely to avoid damage
  • Return shipping is usually paid by the customer
  • Poor packaging may void your claim

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your unit, our team will inspect it. Depending on the issue, we will:

  • Repair the product, OR
  • Replace it with the same or similar model, OR
  • Offer an upgraded replacement (if available)

  • Our total liability is limited to the product purchase price
  • We do not guarantee mining profitability or ROI
