- Introduction
At Pinecone INIBOX Miner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because mining hardware is expensive and sensitive equipment, we have a clear refund and returns policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms below.
- Returns on Mining Hardware
We accept returns on unused mining hardware within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It must also include all accessories, cables, and documentation that came with the unit.
You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
The following items cannot be returned:
Any miner that has been opened, plugged in, or used
Any unit with damaged or tampered serial numbers
Any unit missing original packaging or accessories
Custom orders or bulk orders of 5 units or more
Items damaged due to improper handling or incorrect electrical setup
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. This can take up to 30 days depending on your payment provider.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
Any item that is not in its original condition
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return was due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or insurance.
For international returns, you are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with return shipping.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your miner arrives damaged or does not work properly, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To report a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@pineconeiniboxminer.com
Provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect
Describe the issue in detail
Once we review your claim, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement unit shipped at no cost to you
A full refund including original shipping costs
Store credit for future purchases
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. We need to see the issue quickly so we can verify it.
- Warranty Claims
All Pinecone INIBOX miners come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by model. Please check the product page for specific warranty information.
Warranty claims are handled separately from refunds and returns. If your miner stops working after the 14-day return period but is still within the warranty period, contact our support team for warranty service.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper electrical setup or incorrect voltage
Physical damage, drops, or water exposure
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Overclocking or running the unit beyond specified limits
- Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no cost if you contact us before your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process above if you no longer want the item.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@pineconeiniboxminer.com with your order number and the word CANCELLATION in the subject line.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
However, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will assist you as best we can.
We recommend using a secure delivery address where someone can receive the package in person.
- International Orders
For orders shipped outside of our home country, customs delays, import duties, and taxes are your responsibility. We cannot refund shipping costs or product costs if your package is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs.
Before placing an international order, check your local laws regarding the import of mining hardware. Some countries have restrictions or high import taxes.
